Frequently Asked Questions

Not necessarily. Some clients arrive with a clear question, while others simply feel stuck or uncertain about a situation. Together we can explore the area of life where you’re seeking clarity and uncover the patterns influencing it.

Tarot does not fix your future in place. Instead, it reveals the energies, influences, and patterns currently surrounding a situation. This insight helps you understand your options so you can make more conscious decisions.

My approach focuses on understanding patterns rather than dramatic predictions. By combining tarot, Vedic numerology, and intuitive insight, sessions aim to reveal deeper causes behind repeating situations.

Simply arrive with an open mind and a willingness to reflect. You may want to think about the areas of life where you’re seeking clarity, but there is no special preparation required.

Clients often seek guidance around relationships, career decisions, recurring life patterns, personal growth, and timing of important choices.

Frequently Asked Questions

I’m new to this, is this okay for beginners?

Yes. You don’t need any prior knowledge or experience. Sessions are guided gently and explained clearly, without jargon or assumptions.

What kind of questions can I ask in a session?

You can ask about anything that feels important right now, relationships, career, money, decisions, emotional blocks, or general life direction. We focus on what matters most in your current phase.

What Can I not ask?

No predictions on Baby Gender, Betting, Gambling or related to Death. No Major Health/Legal Predictions (only guidance).

Will remedies always be given?

No. Remedies are suggested only when they are actually needed. Many sessions focus only on clarity and understanding. Nothing is forced or given unnecessarily until it can actually help.

Will I be told exactly what to do?

No. The purpose is not to control your choices, but to help you understand your situation clearly so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

Is everything discussed kept private?

Yes. Every session is completely confidential and handled with care, respect, and discretion

What are the payment terms?

Your session cannot be booked until the advance payment for any of the services is made in full.

What to Expect / Safety

Are chiropractic adjustments painful?

No. Most patients find adjustments comfortable and even relieving. You may feel mild soreness after your first session, but it typically fades quickly—similar to post-exercise muscle fatigue.

What is a chiropractic adjustment, and what does it involve?

An adjustment is a precise, controlled movement applied to a joint to restore alignment and function. The process is quick, targeted, and adapted to your comfort level.

Why does my back “pop” or “crack” during adjustment?

That sound is harmless—it’s simply gas releasing from the joint space. It’s a normal part of the process and doesn’t mean bones are “cracking.”

Is it safe to get chiropractic care if I have conditions like osteoporosis, arthritis, or heart issues?

In most cases, yes. Chiropractors use modified, gentle techniques to avoid stressing vulnerable areas. Your health history is always reviewed first to ensure safe and effective treatment.

How quickly might I feel relief, and how many sessions are usually needed?

Some patients notice relief right away, while others improve gradually over several visits. The number of sessions depends on your condition, overall health, and personal goals.

Are there chiropractic techniques for sports injuries?

Yes. Athletes benefit from customized adjustments that promote faster recovery, improve flexibility, and reduce the chance of repeat injuries.

Appointments / Payments / Insurance

Do you accept insurance and which providers are covered?

Yes, we work with many insurance providers. Our front desk can quickly check your benefits and explain what’s covered before your first visit.

Can I walk in or do I need an appointment?

Appointments are recommended so we can give you the best availability. However, we do our best to accommodate walk-ins when the schedule allows.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to serve other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.

How long are typical chiropractic appointments?

Your first visit usually lasts 45–60 minutes, including consultation and exam. Follow-up visits are shorter, typically 15–30 minutes depending on your care plan.

What are your payment options and do you offer payment plans?

We accept credit cards, debit, HSA/FSA accounts, and cash. Flexible payment plans are available to make care accessible to all patients.

Other Common Questions

Do I need a referral from a medical doctor to see a chiropractor?

No, most patients can schedule directly without a referral. If your insurance requires one, we’ll guide you through the simple steps.

Can I combine chiropractic care with physical therapy or massage?

Yes. In fact, combining these services often produces better results by addressing both structural alignment and muscle health.

What should I do to maintain benefits between visits?

We provide simple exercises, stretching routines, and posture tips to support your recovery. Following these at home helps extend the benefits of care.

Are there any risks or side effects with chiropractic treatment?

Chiropractic is very safe when performed by licensed professionals. Side effects are typically mild and temporary, such as brief soreness or fatigue.

What happens if chiropractic care doesn’t help my condition?

If your condition does not improve, we’ll refer you to another trusted healthcare provider. Your health is our top priority, and we’ll ensure you get the right care.
